Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga encompasses different styles of yoga designed to align your joints, muscles, and bones. Ashtanga, like Vinyasa, synchronizes every movement to a breath. It creates an internal heat that detoxifies organs and muscles and stimulates endorphin production. Vinyasa is a sequence of fluid and movement-intensive poses during a practice. Yin Yoga, or Restorative, calms the entire body by practicing stillness and gentle stretching for a physical, emotional, and mental relaxation.

Incorporating meditation and breathing exercises into your yoga practice has both mental and physical benefits, which can

  • help calm the mind,
  • improve functioning of the brain,
  • improve metabolism,
  • increase serotonin production,
  • enhance ones' perception of life, and
